These are pretty easy to make. Buy coconut (with water) from the store. Collect the water into a pot. Then cut the kernel inside the coconut and put it in the coconut water. Thne mix some agar powder, heat it a bit, then, after solidifying, store in the freeze. Serve the chilled coconut pudding.
