Aspinall trained with Eddie Hall for a youtube video. The guy kept up with Eddie Hall, half the size in bulk, and he only trains with weights once a week. bench press Reps with giant dumb bells. Eddie was even like wtf. He is a lean mean TANK with power. And its all natural no training needed. That is scary af. He is a specimen and young. He may be the heavyweight that recreates that weight class and runs it for years just like Jones did in light heavyweight.

What I love the most about Tom is his fight IQ, his ability to learn and study the fight game is amazing, and his fight breakdown has always been great, he understands the game, Jones vs Tom would be a great fight, probably the best HW fight of this generation.
