I will drain my old dirty motor oil and put in some fresh Mobile 1 Advanced-Full-Synthetic-Motor-Oil-5W-20-5-Qts. I remove my dirty Fram Oil Filter and installed fresh one. My Acura MDX is running great. I always change the oil when the cars computer says it's ready for service. Usually about every 7500 miles or so.

That oil filter is made for conventional oil get the Mobil 1 filter if you can

The oil filter does NOT just come off like that - you must have a filter wrench to unscrew it. I’ve changed oil filters many times and a filter wrench is a major necessity

The Acura dealership in San Diego quoted me an oil change on a 2009 MDX would cost $129.95 plus tax. WTF has this world come to!
