I think the money spent by some people going abroad should have been invested in Nigeria. Two or three people can combine to run a farming business with a clear job description for each member. I have seen where a European/American director was involved in lifting a 60 kg cylinder in his company with a trolley. Some African directors prefer to give orders or sit in their A/C office. Still, many will be highly involved in running their business. But what kills business most is leaving people to run it without your presence. However, we can monitor workers now with remote CCTV.
