What i've learned from watching this:
1: Crown Vic's can go as fast and handles, like a super car.
2: The city has so many construction projects going on at the same time.
3: The police have enough Crown Vic's to setup roadblocks instantly.

The camera angles and the car models really makes this feel like a cinematic police chase from GTA 5 but with some sort of a sick graphics and reshade mod.
