Dude that Pitts and Spitts put off an amazing smoke ring. Trying to decide between a Yoder or Pitts myself. Any issues with the Pitts?

Leave temps alone ! go off a probe test in the thickest part( slides in like butter!) Your good. Once i got away from internal temps the change was amazing. But that looks awsome!

I was told with wagyu brisket to take them past 205 internal. How good was it?
