Vanilla Calamity Mod Music - 'Chambers of the Tyrant' - Theme of The Dungeon

Side Story 20: This one sure took awhile didn't it? This song was made with the intent of capturing the brutal nature of this place in Calamity's lore. Wherever the Tyrant goes, bodies follow.

Hm...very nice. This does fit Calamity's dungeon lore rather than the boney looney soundtrack of Terraria which just makes me want to dance like a spooky scary skeleton

The Polterghast lore tells us that "The Dungeon served as Yharim's prison during his rule and for the less fortunate, his torture and execution chambers."

That skeleton oddly resembles a funny character from undertale.
On another note, this theme resembles the feeling of isolation and despair very well, fantastic job capturing it!

Honestly this fits the dungeon way more than the original. It feels like walking through a haunted house full of spirits

So foreboding yet very melancholic. Love it. I've always had frustrations exploring the dungeon, but this track is so good I'd tolerate the dungeon gameplay just to hear more of it.

After the workshop themes got done again this is... SPOOKY AND SCARY WITH SKELETONS... not an exaggeration... or a joke its genuinly spooky and scary dreadful even. i think i know which boss theme is next... you will do it justice Skeletron...

This makes me want to tear the dungeon apart so I can rebuild it to look like an actual prison, I've been making specific safe sections... Making the sections where enemies spawn in the dark hallways and the depts of the dungeon

Hey! Earlier today I was recommended Caustic Tides, and I thought it was pretty great! So I decided to see if there was any other music you'd uploaded, and boy, was I in for it! 49 uploads! Granted, some were extended versions and such, but that was still a large amount! I listened to at least a minute of all of them. But I only listened through a few in their entirety, because I know all of my future playthroughs will have the mod enabled!

So what can I say, your music is phenomenal! Wonderfully constructed tracks with countless little hints and nods to other tracks! You've given me the sudden urge to replay Calamity again. There wasn't a single track that I didn't absolutely love!

So thank you, and the whole team really, for making something wonderful. The music is amazing, and there is of course lots of coding going on, especially considering the Workshop Themes. I cannot wait to see what comes next, as everything is fantastic.

Finally got round to hearing this in-game today. Wow, how wonderfully atmospheric!
Like other comments have pointed out, this perfectly reminds you of the grim purpose of the Dungeon, as well as the neglect that led to its current state.
Reminds me of something out of Ender Lilies. Give ‘Abandonment’ a listen and you may see what I mean; it’s for a similar location, too!
