another thing she gets the listings and then what? who is teaching her about markets or how to price the house? etc etc etc, how about the listing and closing process? i believe getting the client is an easy part, the hard part is making it to closing. Last year i had a 800, 000 buyer and everything failed because my brokerage didnt help me.... so this is all extremely confusing this video is not helping
