Hello Guys, Suppose You have a list of 1000 mobile numbers, but all are not properly formatted as 10 digits. Some are less than 10 digits and some are more than that So guys here is the solution. Here I have used len formula to fix this Number Formatting and Validation issue and allow only 10 digits numbers.

** To format a cell in Microsoft Excel to only allow 10-digit numbers, you can use the following steps:
Select the cells you want to apply the formatting to.
Right-click and select "Format Cells" from the context menu.
In the "Format Cells" window, select the "Number" tab.
Under "Category", select "Custom".
In the "Type" field, enter the following code: 0000000000
Click "OK" to apply the formatting.
This will apply the formatting to the selected cells, and any numbers that are not 10 digits long will be displayed as an error.

To validate the data in the cells to ensure that only 10-digit numbers are entered, you can use the following steps:

Select the cells you want to validate.
Click the "Data" tab in the ribbon.
Click the "Data Validation" button.
In the "Data Validation" window, select the "Any value" option under "Allow".
Click the "Custom" option under "Criteria".
In the formula field, enter the following formula: =AND(LEN(A1)=10, ISNUMBER(A1))
Click "OK" to apply the validation.
This will ensure that only 10-digit numbers can be entered into the cells. If a value that is not a 10-digit number is entered, an error message will be displayed.
