Clean Mobile Numbers list using Len and Right functions in Excel

You have a list of 1000 mobile numbers, but all are not properly formatted as 10 digits. Some are less than 10 digits (incorrect numbers), some have a 0 or a 91 before the number, and some are just more than 10 digits (incorrect numbers).
Len and Right are 2 text functions in Excel which are extremely useful to clean up mobile numbers or any such kind of data.
