The amd-pstate oops' might be some kind of locking problem, if I set the scaling governor with a for loop instead of using tee to write to all of them it did not yet oops.

Switching the default scaling governor from schedutil to ondemand seems to fix single thread boost issue for me.

I think it will default/load on 6.2 or later, the Manjaro developers disabled the module on 6.1-rc7 for a reason. (performance or because the driver is not ready yet)
