For the custom company information value, you are putting a link to the company website or google doc with all relevant information? I’m running into the problem where I’m giving the bot to much info about the company in the actual conversational ai workflow and it’s not responding consistently. If I’m able to just give it a link and should free up a lot of space correct?

I mean would the bot send texts if the person already booked an appointment by tapping the button at the end of the lead form and filling out the form on your landing page, for example?
