If you're in El Paso, you might be able to check out Blake's Lotaburger. They are more common in NM. If you are a foodie roadie, I would suggest Pody's BBQ in Pecos and Brick Vault BBQ in Marathon. Both are in desert locations, but hey...it's cheaper than Austin.

Oh man, so many good burger places in town! Next time you're here you need to do a burger tour, and you need try the Leroy and Lewis brisket burger, it's my new favorite burger in town (plus the rest of their bbq meats are excellent as well). Other local favorites are Casino el Camino(this was my favorite before I tried Leroy and Lewis), and Jewboy burgers.
