Hey Guys! 🌍 Buckle up as I share my first experience flying from Singapore to London on the British Airways Club Suite. 🛩️💺 It's a journey of luxury, comfort, and a few surprises and not all good! ✨

🌏 Starting Point: Singapore International Airport
Known as one of the best airports globally, it set the stage for an exciting trip ahead! 🏢🌴

📋 Check-In Experience:
Hit a snag with baggage check-in – a bit of a letdown for Business Class. 😕🧳
Security was hectic, but the anticipation of the flight made up for it! 🛂🏃‍♂️

🛫 Boarding & First Impressions:
Thrilled to be in BA's Club Suite for the first time – a 14.5-hour journey to luxury. 🥂✨
The suite with its door offered comfort and privacy, making the long haul feel like a breeze. 🚪🔒

🛌 The Suite Life:
Spacious seat with ample legroom, perfect for relaxation and sleep. 🌟🛏️
Impressive storage space, quality headphones, and amenities for a comfortable flight. 🎧🕶️

🍽️ Dining Above the Clouds:
A variety of delicious meal options from their detailed menu. 🍽️🍜
The standout was the beef rib with mashed potatoes - a gastronomic delight! 🍖🥔

📺 Entertainment & Connectivity:
A plethora of movies to choose from and excellent Wi-Fi throughout the flight. 💻🎬
Surprisingly good quality of in-flight Wi-Fi, keeping me connected. 🌐📶

🛏️ Sleeping in the Skies:
The most extended and comfortable sleep I've ever had on a plane. 😴💤
Woke up refreshed and ready for a hearty English breakfast. 🍳☕

🤔 Final Thoughts:
The suite's amenities and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. 🌟🤩
British Airways Club Suite is definitely up there with the best in business class. ✈️🌐

Am on that route in 2 weeks, I was hoping you'd have footage of the BA lounge
Btw most airlines in the oneworld alliance will not unfortunately interline baggage on seperate tickets anymore
That retrograde change came in a few years ago

When BA get it right they are great! They often get a bad rap but they were better than my Qatar experience

I don't think the software and on-ground logistics allows for checking bags through on separate tickets.

"What happened in 1985? On 23 June 1985, an Air India flight travelling from Canada to India via London, exploded off the Irish coast, killing all 329 people on board. The cause was a bomb in a suitcase that was transferred to the flight even though the ticket holder had not boarded." <<-- Please read this and you will understand why you are unable to check your luggage through to your FINAL DESTINATION when you purchase 2 "SEPARATE" air tickets and you deem this to be in "transit". In the eyes of the airline, you final destination is London and no matter how much they love to check you through to your final destination - they are NOT ALLOW to. The only time you can check through is when the air ticket has a connecting flight is all one ONE TICKET regardless of connecting with another carrier. This way if you abscond or do not board the 2nd leg of your flight, the boarding desk will know that you are missing on your transit or second flight and they have no choice but to off load your check through luggage. This is more a security and safety issue. Please note NO AIRLINE should check your luggage through if the tickets are bought separately even if it is the same airline.
