What Hamilton JUST DID To Mercedes CHANGES EVERYTHING!

▶︎▶︎ Lewis Hamilton has had a lot to say regarding the way his team handled the tactics in the last race in Singapore, and it looks like the 7-time world champion won’t remain silent when the team continues to ruin strategies for him in a constant manner. What looked like a very silly strategy has indeed proved like one, with the gamble of Mercedes being far from paying off as Hamilton lost 3 positions from his start, with the most painful one being to his teammate, Russell. But with Lewis being utterly unhappy with how his team handled the last race, could there be repercussions for the remainder of the season and will he be more included in choosing the strategy for the race?

I think Lewis should, in protest, withdraw from the last 5 races of the '24 season and hand Russell a few freebies, points wise!
If Merc wants to shit all over Lewis then he should leave them to it. Bollocks to 'em and 'hello Ferrari'.

I somewhat agree but they had taken a gamble and it didn't work. If there was an early safety car or the soft hard stat worked they would be singing praises of a masterclass decision. I don't think there is malice in their decisions they are just throwing everything and hoping something sticks. More telling of what Mercedes is going through that the car still isn't great and it's down to luck and things not in their control that deliver a good race result.

Strategy is decided by a group, not unilaterally. There are 2 parties, the Driver / Engineer and the Strategy Team / Team who make this choice after consultation. It is never a unilateral choice. Creating the conspiracies of sabotage and foul play are the signs of waning skill and killer instinct. Respect to the guy for his past achievements, but his time is up competitively speaking, still an ace driver, just not a killer one !!

First, I want to say when Hamilton started racing I was a real fan of his, but like most dominant drivers, within a few years, I was saying “anyone, but Hamilton“ I also did not agree with him bringing politics into racing. But it’s important to point out something as simple as that soft/hard policy is something I would expect from Haas or Williams, NOT Mercedes
The other thing I hope is that for Lewis’s sake, the staff at Ferrari are not as wrong in their choices for him.

As he's leaving I think Merc are no longer interested....in his position I'd leave F1- it's a circus at best. Better racing elsewhere....

We don’t care . After 6 more races Mercedes will have to show they can succeed without their most successful driver they’ve ever had . Mercedes is showing the rest of the f1 world how they manage their championship winning driver .
