It kinda makes sense that Hank Pym got in on the action with a spare suit. Dr. Strange did ask, "Is that everyone?"

I’m surprise the big one wasn’t on this list: In infinity war, at the end when Thanos uses the time stone to bring back Vision, there is an editing mistake. There is a shot where Thanos hits Wanda away, and you can see him choking vision with his other hand. Then in the following shot, Vision is on his knees and then Thanos starts choking him. So they showed Vision being choked too soon

Love the list, but it’s been driving me nuts that no one is pointing out a major recent one in Thor: Love & Thunder!  

In one of the first scenes, Christian Bale’s iconic mole switches sides on his face multiple times as Gorr is pleading with his sun god! It’s such a distinct facial feature of his and the camera is holding on a close-up of his face…pulled me out of the movie because I started laughing remembering Robin Hood: Men in Tights. It’s clearly a mirrored image, but I’m shocked it made it past the editing bay. I went back to the theater the same weekend to confirm what I saw!

I found a couple small ones.
In the final battle of Endgame, Wasp flies across the battlefield and passed Thanos to join the rest of the women for that bad ass team up shot.
In Iron Man 3 the extremis serum can heal lost limbs, cuts, bruises, and even retinas being burned out, but not scars or tattoos.

Oh I believe the nirvana album that Annette Benning played in Carol's memory of her dorm didn't exist until 1991, and she disappeared in like 89 or 90. So she would have never owned that album for her to pluck from her memory.

Late to the party, but a big, not-so-obvious mistake is the inconsistent writing of the Whedon Cap (in Avengers and AoU) and the Russo Cap (in TWS and CW), where Cap is written to be "worthy" when he already knew about Tony's parents at the end of TWS from Nat. This knowledge invalidates all of Cap's self-righteousness in AoU...

The Ant-man one can be debunked in like 10 seconds. So what if he’s in the van, he can shrink find out the window, resize help push that leviathan through the portal, and then be back in the van in under a minute.

All the subtle differences and dialogue changes are cracks in that timeline, a bunch of timelines are splintering off 616, it is known. Playing around in time has it's consequences, don't worry Nathaniel Richards will fix everything soon ;)
