Install Kali Linux Alongside Windows 7 | Dual Boot Kali Linux and Windows 7 [Step By Step Guide]

Hey there!
This is Teja.
In this video tutorial, I will be teaching you how to install kali linux alongside windows 7, that is, how to dual boot kali linux and windows 7 from the same hard disk.
Please follow the video carefully, because we are trying to do some serious stuff, and if anything goes wrong in this process, you are going to loose all your files, and you may end up with no Operating System on your hard disk.

To all those people, who are getting a debootstrap error, make sure that there is atleast 40gb of free space for kali linux. If not, create an unallocated space of more than 40gb and try again.

WARNING: Tutorial is missing some steps, after shrinking the hard drive you need to use the unallocated free space to create a new virtual hard disk partition and use that partition for the linux install. Without doing this you could overwrite your host Operating System and you will have to install Windows all over again. Also, if you are having issues detecting the USB drive during the linux installation I suggest to create your USB bootable drive using win32 disk imager instead of Universal usb installer. Hello! Thanks for the tutorial, I have a Dell computer, so if you have a Dell computer and have problems with the booting process, here's what's wrong: So, you wanna hit F12 not F2, and then click USB Hard Disk or something like that, and then follow the instructions provided in the video. Happy, whatever!

After following these steps you will enter a sutuation where your GRUB loader will not show your secondary OS
so just open Kali linux Terminal and type " psudo update Grub"
