EINSTEIN COPILOT | Getting Started with Prompt Builder

In this video, we'll be exploring Einstein CoPilot, a conversational AI assistant for Salesforce.

Use Case: We have a case in Service Cloud related to products. Instead of manually reviewing the case and associated product information, we want Einstein CoPilot to understand and describe the issue, then populate an explanation into an attribute field on the case record.

We will use the Einstein Prompt Builder to populate an attribute field.

1. Enabling the Einstein Prompt Builder permission set
2. Defining how and where we want to leverage Einstein (Field)
3. Writing a prompt that references Salesforce attribute fields
4. Previewing the response from Einstein
5. Deploying the created prompt and activating it in Salesforce
