This interests me a bit more than Feis Ile. Seems smaller, more intimate, no investors looking for those rare bottles. Can't wait to go one day.

It's funny the CEO of Speyside distillery said the festival was an opportunity to share the distillery because I’ve always had the impression the owner/s of Speyside distillery don't allow tours because they don’t want to share the distillery with the public and spoil the tranquillity of their beautiful little distillery. To be honest I can't say I would blame them really because if I owned it I would rather not have tourists running about the place but at the end of the day it's a business not a bloody holiday retreat and you have to do what is best for the business and running tours can't be anything other than beneficial. Don't bull shit us saying it isn't possible because if you wanted to open it up, you could, and if you had any sense, you would. Not only would it generate a small income but more importantly by allowing people to visit the distillery it gives them an attachment to the place and the product and I guarantee that would generate more sales than having a clueless one time superstar football player as an ambassador.
