I used juicing as my primary way to eradicate cancer from my body in 2002. I found that nausea did not become a factor until after it dealt with one issue, and another issue was beng attacked the juice was working its magic. My healing mentor told me to drink water with a little sea salt and baking soda. I vomited all kinds of yuck came out of me. Initially, it was through my stool, when I first started drinking the juices, then throwing it up. Juice removes toxins in layers as the body absorbs its healing powers. Rashes, sweat, lesions even. I don't know what was going on with you, but I stayed to course and eventually, all the weird stuff stopped, and I was literally cancer-free!. Congratulations on your success Sir

My Doctor was concerned about my blood pressure during my recent physical, so I monitor it at home. Since then, I grabbed some premade bottled beetjuice and lemon. I'm on my second bottle and have seen blood pressure gradually decline from the 150's, 140's, 130s, 120's and the last time I did a reading, it was 117/78 before bedtime. It still flutuates, depending on my activities and stress level but overall, I really believe that the beets are a God send and holistic approach vs. taking medicine.

I've been taking beetroot juice for the past 3 months along with firstly peaches, carrots and apples as the season for the peaches finished I switched over to pomegranate. In between I used bananas as well but that was for a few days only.
My gut health improved
My cheeks bacame rosy
My blood pressure became normal
I feel more energetic
Breathing also improved
I use the whole fruit I mean the pulp as well. I do it with the blender. Just the pomegranate I juice it and separate the seeds.
The other fruits give it a good taste and easy to swallow

I drink a beet root, celery, lemon, garlic, turmeric and ginger mixture almost everyday. I love it overall. I feel it does keep me energized. It definitely helps me with regularity. Since I've been having this mixture I don't tend to get colds as often and my blood pressure has been in the normal range. I do agree to start with minimal amounts as a newbie since it is a powerful mix for the untrained digestive system. But overtime the benefits are well worth it. Thanks for making this video doc!!

Im a vegetarian over 30yrs years I drink beet juice everyday. It's my iron and energy! Plus drink your water through out the day. I so Fast 18 to 22 hours a day. Health is everything!!

I started drinking a combination of beet root, carrot, and apple juice daily about a week ago. It has boosted my energy level so much that I’m not sleeping through the night. I am trying to find that balance. It seems 4 ounces per day is not enough and 8 ounces is too much. It has definitely helped with regularity. My blood pressure has gone from 145/90 to almost perfect… 125/80. It has also curbed my craving for sweets in a major way! I will drink beet root juice from now on as I don’t want to start taking meds for high blood pressure blood sugar etc. I believe it’s a miracle “drug” without all of the horrible side effects!

I drink 16 ounce beet root juice every day which consists of beets, carrots, green apple, small piece of ginger, juice from one lemon. No negative side effects. Before exercise it gives me stamina. It also makes my skin glow, and makes me more regular.

Very interesting topic.

My daughter is a D1 college swimmer, and I'm an aging former cross-country runner and soccer player. Her coach had the mid-distance swimmers on beet powder and I think all of them agree it helps performance, but more importantly, they were all wearing "Whoop straps" which helps them measure health. I cannot give you anything definitive from her swimming since workouts vary over time and swimmers "tapper" at the end of a season so it would be hard to get clean data from that.

But I started wearing a Whoop strap myself, going on two years now, and I've done nearly identical swim workouts for two years straight. I do a 100-yard IM which I repeat 8 times on a 2:30 interval and am around a 1:50 on a typical 100. On days that I started beet juice times were about a second or two faster, but more importantly I could stay at threashold for pace for longer. Beet juice absolutely helps with endurance sports.

The other benefit I noticed is with HRV heart-rate variability. When I started regular beet juice the Whoop strap which measures HRV when you sleep improved by about 20% compared to the month before when I was not drinking beet juice.

In my case, I don't drink beet juice every day. Mostly it is on days when I swim or run and what I do is mix 1/3 beet juice with 2/3 water and 1/2 a scoop of protein powder in my water bottle. Beet juice definitely helps the heart and lungs.

I'm a pretty healthy guy and I eat healthy but my BP usually runs around high 130's over 80's which is pre-hypertensive. For 60 days I drank a smoothie that consisted of 1/2 cup beets, 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 cup frozen berries, a thumb size piece ginger, and hibiscus tea. I drank some for breakfast and the rest at lunch. My third week of drinking, my BP was on average 122/81. Fourth week was 118/77. Sixth week 111/71. My Dr cut my Losartan from 25mg to 12.5mg. After my 8th week of drinking it my BP averaged 101/57, way too low so my Dr took me completely off it Losartan. I now consume at least 1/2 cup of beets in some form 4 days a week, and over the past year my BP average has been 116/67. And fellas, not only does beets help regulate BP, it's high in Nitrous Oxide which is beneficial for blood vessel dilation which is good for max blood flow to our nether region. If you are on BP meds do not take yourself off. I let my Dr know everything I was doing.

I juice 2-3 beets with cabbage every other day, alternated with carrot juice. I have found it is important to have a balance between cabbage & beets to prevent heartburn. Straight beet juice is too strong to drink alone, imo. Haven’t mixed beets with anything other than cabbage yet. Side note, carrots help with inflammation. Thanks for the video, well done!

I just had 1glass of beetroot juice at lunch and saw my blood pressure drop from 126/90(early morning) to 117/79. Kind of feeling sleepy now. I would say it is wonderful juice for lowering blood pressure naturally.

I dehydrate raw beets. Then I grind into a powder. I add about a half of a teaspoon to a whole teaspoon to an 8 Oz. Glass of water. I drink this 4 to 5 times a week. In the beginning I added a sweetener. I no longer need to do this. The best benefit I have noticed is that it keeps my blood pressure down enough, so I don't need medication. Loved your video. Great idea to try the golden beetroot as well.

I discovered beet juice when I bought Lake woods Organic "Beet Ginger Tumeric" Juice. Love it (but I add Lake woods Organic"Pineapple Ginger" Juice sometimes as sweetener. No nausea. Only thing different is the very dark almost black stools. I do have a Vitamix, and will attempt to make these juices at home in the future. Thank you for your informative video, along with the ingredients lists. Very helpful. (BTW I am 72 y/o and always looking for great nutrition ideas.)

I LOVE red beet juice! I used to juice up the red beets in my Champion juicer and drink it straight ...nothing mixed in. One thing I noticed was that if you drink enough of it, your throat can get really scratchy. My doctor is not a fan of juicing as he says you need to work a little harder when you consume things that you choose to juice. The chewing process and the saliva released is an important start for digestion.

If you were feeling nauseous, you probably hit a deeper pocket of detoxing and you had a healing crisis, which is a combination of response to the body being triggered to dump out toxins it’s been retaining. That dump, makes you feel terrible. Nevertheless no one’s should take this as ultimate medical advice
