When I was growing up in Albuquerque NM during the 50's, and 60's. We lived in an Adobe House, that had 4 rooms, no hot water, just a pump, outside Bathroom. Daily my Mother would make Tortilla, Beans, Green Chili, potatoes on a Wood Stove. This Video brought back wonderfull memories, My Father, Mother, my 6 Brothers, and 3 Sisters! Times were very hard, but We stuck out as a Family! I can appreciate, and respect how these Hard Working people work, and live!! God Bless them!!!

kneading the dough by hand, went to river stream to wash rice, collecting and litting up fires with small branches..that so much work..just to cook a meal...bravo to these beautiful young ladies..

I imagine as I'm watching this as if I went back in time 1000+ years and can see how people actually lived. So often people who we consider "poor" live in filth with litter everywhere. Here everyone looks happy healthy and living in a very tidy environment without any modern conveniences...I admire them in a way

Afghanistan is truly blessed, this video just reminded me that Africa was once full of rivers like that one. But it's hard to get a river clean as that one now, most rivers have dried up.
