Adding A USB Disk as VMFS Datastore in #ESXi 7.02
Step1: open the Esxi and enable the SSH.
Step2: Open the putty and logging with root user.
Step3: Stop #USB Arbitrator
/etc/init.d/usbarbitrator stop
Step5: calculate the disk end sector.
Step6: Create the partition
Step7: Format Partition With VMFS6
Check the disk in ESXi storage.

This will delete all the data inside disk, it's not a solution if you want to preserve your data.
