Can you downgrade a Windows 11 system to Windows 10? (and will it activate?)

Testing if you can downgrade a new system with Windows 11 pre-installed to Windows 10, and whether or not the Windows 10 install will activate.

Tested both running the Windows 10 installer from within Windows 11, and via clean install.
