Just in case you haven’t tried it I use hairspray on my pastel works to set them.

Oooo, I was lucky to be sent some pastels and have just bought some black paper. The mess of them does put me off but hoping to find a way to get around that. Ty again, great tips! C☀️🐾

Thanks for presentation. Someone on Amazon mentioned your name while I was looking to buy woodless graphite pencils. It was said you use it a lot. So, I searched and found you here. Glad I did, since I not participating in any other social places. Please, advise me on product I mentioned. I tried charcoal, but don’t like it. To messy.
