The first time Sanji met Robin he threatened to shoot her in the head... Seriously, that actually happened, go ahead and look. I don't know what Oda was thinking with THAT one, but Sanji breaking two of his three rules? {Where did he even get a gun in the first place? I know they were out of bounty hunter base, but they were already out at sea and I don't see why he would even bother picking it up in the first place. Nobody on the ship uses guns, not even Ussop.}
(1) Don't waste food
(2) Don't use hands in a fight
(3) Don't harm a woman
Rules 1 & 2 weren't technically broken during the train ride to Enies Lobby, he cut the nose ramen not that weirdo and the ramen was beyond saving.
