Dragon Ball Super Annecy Special: Animation Breakdown

Recently Toei Animation released a short animation for the 60th Anniversary of the Annecy Animation Film Festival. However, the biggest surprise in store for fans was the much-loved character designer and animation supervisor, Naohiro Shintani's return! However, it also had onboard one of the series directors from Dragon Ball Super Ryota Nakamura, delivering quite a lot of impact through his bold use of colour.

i know what you mean by movie 13. the vibe and art and mood captured is the best among all dragon ball movie. maybe it's the colour and background and the music but tapion arc is really beautiful

I've always felt these things but watching these videos has helped me collect my thought on art style and animation so much.
