What will the future job market in the aerospace industry look like in the UK?

This video compiles some research I have done to paint a picture of what the aerospace job market is like in 2021 and what I suspect it will be like in the near future.

It covers a breakdown into civil aerospace, defence aerospace and space.

If you’re contemplating whether aerospace is the right industry to go into, this video will help you make that decision and give you a deeper insight into which aerospace sub-sector is best to go into right now.

This is interesting. Aerospace (mainly r&d) is a large industry near me in the USA and the salaries you mentioned would not even be considered competitive

Great video, may I ask why you decided to transition to the software industry? I am also tempted to do so because of the amount of growth and opportunity in software right now.

Hello, I’m from Nigeria and I’m considering getting a masters in aerospace engineering for the September intakes of 2022. My Bacehlor’s degree was in mechanical engineering. What are your thoughts on combining both and what’s the job layout over there in the UK. Would I be able to get into defense aerospace with a PSW visa on graduation?

Do you think it's more viable to take a bachelor in aerospace engineering or a bachelor in computer science if you want to get in the aerospace industry

Do you think aerospace engineering would also be beneficial for someone who wants to work with boats, or is marine engineering the way to go for boats?
