DIY Backyard Mini Pond | No Filter | A Cheap and Easy Setup

In this video I finally setup the DIY backyard mini pond! This no filter patio pond is extremely cheap and easy to setup. Mini ponds are a great way to bring our hobby outside! The drain hole makes me think of Liebig's Law of the Minumum. I'm gonna have to try this over the summer! Using plants you collect from the wild is always fun to experiment with.

Super great! I would suggest attaching a sponge filter to the air stone! A very large one can be found for only $16

Love it. I did the same. Just add a tiny pump. I like the idea for a hole to control water level. Some of fish are so tiny, they might get out from the hole.

Ive been thinking about getting some turtles and was looking to build a kitty pool pond for them. would this pond build be able to host turtles or is this specific to only small fish? also would there be any specific fish that might help filter water?
