Why do we Democrats support Liz Cheney? Because, with our democracy on a knife's edge, when fighting an authoritarian takeover of our country, nothing else matters. She's on the right side of our Constitutional republic.

She has integrity. She esteems the rule of law. That means she is valuable on any party. Those should be the most highly prized qualifications in the United Staes as it exists right now. There are far too many politicians who do not have those qualifications. I will be voting for any politicians that have these qualifications. I am an independent, but I cannot stand the latest circus of the GOP. The good ones stand out.
