I had this for two weeks, and it was horrible not being able to do anything on my own and being stuck in bed. It's really in moments like these that we're reminded of the importance of the little things in life 🥺

Every 2 months when i get up, i get the same thing you do.

My dad has this! He gets these vertigo attacks regularly (as in... Once a year or so). He had to do this thing where he sat up in his bed and let his body fall over to the side, wait for the dizziness/nausea to fade, then repeat and fall to the other side. (Not sure if it's the procedure you spoke about though). It helps him a lot when he has them!
But man... Seeing him going through all that in the beginning was so scary! I was living with him temporarily for reasons, but I'm truly grateful I could be there to help him when it happened!
I hope your vertigo was a one time thing and it's all over and dealt with! Have a wonderful day and enjoy your freedom to do stuff without dizziness! ❤️

As a allergic man, I can say that compared to what I have, it’s not that bad. I’ve had this as well but imo I think that things like hives are slightly worse. This is still really bad though
