“Need to be visible, ” excellent advice. Our cop sometimes is there, sometimes not. When she is there: she doesn’t let her presence be known. No reflective vest, no cop car lights on, and she is hidden behind cars, yet expects people to see her.

Another female cop a few blocks down does it right: cop car lights on, reflective vest, and stands where you can see her.
