is it even possible to get a precise measurement when making egg noodles? I've tried like 3 online measurements and i still needed more of this or that to the point to where it seems almost random but i've got OCD and a thing with patterns and it really bothers me that i don't have a sure-fire method with no extras needed or needing to be removed
