The LAR was always my sought after gun in DayZ, 308 is plentiful, and having a gun like that is a god send in PVP fights against medium range targets.

In my opinion the SKS is a top 5 gun. Ammo is plentiful, internal magazine, good damage and great iron sights. It’s the ultimate bridge between coastal and inland military loot, and you’ll always find one.

Number one is KAM in my opinion:
- High damage (LAR>KAM>M4/SVAL)
- 75rnd mags
- Ammo everywhere
- Can be suppresed
- Any soviet scope fits

Always been an m4 guy but the Aug is the the best gun in the game as of now

KAM is my number 1 being that the ammo is plentiful almost everywhere and it has a 75 round magazine. Surprised you didn't mention the pro of the SVAL being internally suppressed.
