The trailer doesn't come close to communicating how powerful this documentary is. Good reminder of how important it is to raise your children well. It determines so much of their success and happiness in life.

I watched it by myself at night, while my kids and wife were sleeping. After the film I cried like a baby. In my mind I went back in time, in those dark moments and started talking to my drunk father. And in the end I said I forgive you, father. No one ever touched my feelings like this film.

I cried about seven times watching this film. One of most emotionally powerful and cathartic experiences I've ever had...

This is just beyond words. Tears from beginning to end. I have been doing my work for last few years . And all I’ll say is this. There is much beauty and peace in vulnerability!

Just finished watching this film. It was heartbreaking and beautiful as it sheds a light on the pain and suffering many men go through trying to be men when there were no healthy role models to show them the way. Amazing film.

Saw this at SXSW years ago and this film has not left me. The most emotionally captivating documentary I've ever seen. It's also the most I've heard people sniffle and cry in a movie theater.

Magnificently composed trailer for an equally magnificent film. The Work is easily one of the most inspiring, cathartic and vulnerable experiences I've never had in a film. Cried about seven times in it. Everyone needs to watch it especially men because it will give many people a voice and a reason to reach out if they're struggling through hard times.

I saw this last night on NITV, i was in tears. This is something i need. To get deep down and deal with everything. I'm 47 as well, & so much has happened in my life. It's like i'm frozen, in a state of being afraid all the time. I don't want that anymore. This helped me already. I just know that this is "THE" only & best way to help me. I don't want to be stuck no more. Thank you very much. U've touched a lot of hearts & helped heal a lot of hearts too.

My dad was in prison my whole childhood and then ended up back and died there in 2017. The prison system has had a tremendous impact on my life. I’m listening to the podcast with Dr. McLeary right now.
