Is TestAS mandatory for Masters in Germany?

The APS Certificate just became mandatory for all students who are applying to German Universities for Bachelors or Masters starting Nov.2022.

TestAS is not mandatory to pursue Masters in Germany BUT
IT is compulsory for Bachelors in Germany!

Damn it....The procedure of going to germany is damn complicated. Test AS, APS certificate, need to learn B1 level german, give entrance exam for studienkolleg, clear studienkolleg and then you will finally get admission in bachelors

Sir but in aps site there is showing TestAs requirements for summer intake is waived off. So we can apply without testAs exam in summer intake
