Yummy delicious tropical chia pudding that everyone can enjoy! I’ve made a lot of chia pudding since quarantine since it’s so easy to make and also very good for you. Chia is filled with tons of omega 3, fiber, antioxidants, even iron and calcium. I sprinkle that stuff on everything! Plus we are eating all the time in quarantine so might as well make it healthy when we can 😝. Also, we made our cooking video a little different! SLOW and normal pace with talking Andrew instead of fast and speed up to fit under a minute. Andrew sure had fun making this video 😂😂😂. He also REALLLLY wanted to show everyone his bracelet he made in the end 🤣. I’d love your opinion, do you prefer it speeded up or slower like this?
With that said, here is the recipe:
1/2 mango
1 kiwi
Banana
Handful spinach
1 1/2 cups soy milk
Blend well in the blender. Once done pour the blended goodness in a bowl.
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 coconut flakes
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Frozen pomegranate
Half a mango cubed up.
Add all of the ingredients together in the bowl and mix well. Let refrigerate an hour to get a nice chia pudding consistency. #andrewlemus #minichef
