The first #Quantum #Supercomputers are here! Quantum enabled supercomputing promises to shed light on new quantum algorithms, hardware innovations, and error mitigation schemes. Large collaborations in the field are kicking off between corporations and supercomputing centers. Companies like NVIDIA, IBM, IQM, QuEra, and others are some of the earliest to participate in these partnerships.

When i first saw quantum computers it didn't occur to me that we weren't attaching their QPUs to CPUs and GPUs. I had no idea that was still a developing field

Finally! A plug on quantum computing that actually knows what the hell he's talking about! Wonderful!

as a physicist and a quantum computing enthusiast I must say: the video is Dope AF, there arent many channels on Yt covering multiple news and investigating state of the art quantum centers and computing concepts, thank you so much! would love to see more <3

Honestly, it wouldn’t hurt uni’s to start integrating some computer science courses into Chem & biochem majors even the other non CS stem majors.

I wonder if quantum computing will soon see a boom similar to the current AI spring. How costly is the research & developpement of this technology? Are specialists rare and highly sought after compared to AI/ML engineers?

Solid explanation! I’m just starting to get into this stuff, so this was very informative

i love this channel. so interesting, amazing editing and such exiting topics. i just keep feeling bad that my head doesent have the knowledge to wrap its head around everything you explain...YET.

can you post the link to some of the papers related to the topics you talk about in the future. I would love to read about them more in depth as this is so interesting. You are a Legend!

How do you see the collaboration between quantum computing companies and supercomputing centers evolving?

i am subscribing your channel but promise you will keep on telling about quantum computing and its languages, programs, the physics behind them and the mathematics involved in depth, no cutting corners and by the way i loved the vedios

Because of noise, Quantum Computers can only give a list of likely outcomes. One can refine that list from more likely, to most likely. One could suppose that a short list is better than a long list, or no list at all. Error check is in its infancy.

I can't wait until we can make quantum weapons!

Quantum physics are the neurons of the universe, adaptable. Classical Physics is a science where you predict the general laws of the universe. So, like AI, Quantum Physics presents some sort of the universal adaptation law.

hi @Lukas-Lab, great work on this video! a correction for you, at about 7:45 the video states "JUPITER is said to be the first exaflop scale supercomputer." this isn't correct, JUPITER will actually be *Europe's* first exascale supercomputer. the first and still fastest exascale supercomputer is Frontier, located at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee. and the Aurora system at the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility in Illinois, despite currently being commissioned and not fully complete, is now the second machine to officially break the exascale barrier. i hope this is helpful.

I am studying quantum computing and i want to use the summer time to increase my knowledge at that field what should I do?

ENIAC was a form of quantum computer, and even tube amp radios are, technically, quantum radios. This explains the extremely high-quality sound reproduction in well-known records such as Tiffany from 1987 (such as "I Think We're Alone Now"). Quantum computing is old-school, but today, is more like a hot fiber optic compared to the light bulbs in the ENIAC. What ENIAC is to quantum computers is what Edison is to Tesla. Well, that's my theory.

Yea but how fast can a 100-qubit computer run 100 mods on Minecraft Java
