How do you connect it to a tv with an amp and surround sound ?

One tv I could plug it into the cable box but on the other tv I have a new cable box. No where to plug in either one

How do you connect it to a tv that has an amp and surround sound … my TV is on audio amp so I can’t put it into the tv it won’t work .. so what do I do I tried to connect to amp with a splitter and it didn’t work either !
