Life hacks inmates use to get by on the inside. During my 8yrs in the system these were handy:
- muscle cramps try pickle juice
- dirty hair try baby powder
- cheap razors try hair conditioner

We drink pickle juice and mustard packets for spartan races. They really do work for cramps.

I used to use white baby powder for dark brown oily hair back in the day, but now I use dry shampoo because they come in different colors so your roots don’t look grey.

My mom always used corn starch on our hair when it was too oily. I still do it in a pinch x3
