How hackers look through webcams #cybersecurity

I’m familiar with the blue team, we secure the computer and remove any and every vulnerability with exceptions from clients. I don’t know if this is a service or backdoor or just the security cam’s hardware, but seems pretty interesting. I wonder what people would do with this information!
