Venturi Valve - Test with Tap Water

In this test I used the relief valve from the previous test to limit the pressure to ~40psi and a venturi valve with an 1mm nozzle.
Normally this venturi valve is intended to be used with pressurized air, but it seems like it also performs well with tap water.

My plan is to use the venturi valve for generating the vacuum for the next version of my CIJ printer project.
By using it in combination with a powerful ink pump it could replace the air compressor that is currently used for the ink feed as well as the vacuum pump which is used for returning the unused ink to the ink tank, cleaning and for loading solvent and ink into the printer.

This could reduce cost, complexity, noise and the size of the machine by no longer needing an air compressor, the pneumatic system, some of the valves and a vacuum pump.
