You want to mix aggressive chemicals, pump them and have no worries about corrosion? Sounds impossible? It’s not – check out the LVJ series! The special design of a venturi nozzle is completely made out of Fluorpolymer (PFA).
This material is able to handle almost any chemical. A Venturi nozzle works via creating a vacuum and in that way the chemical is sucked and transported. This device can also be used to mix chemicals and the ratio of mixing can be adjusted with needle valves also available at SMC.
Last but not least it is a very small device compared to electrical pumps. If you are looking for a robust solution with a tiny footprint – here it is.
