I’m seeing some areas where they are putting up new homes in the middle of mid-century neighborhoods. It gives the best of both worlds, in my opinion. I would not like a new community but definitely want a custom home so thinking about tearing down a 1950s house that’s beyond repair and putting up a new house that’s modern but still has traditional elements to it.
