The guy who did the cyber truck attack was a 20 year green beret with an extensive working knowledge of explosives. He could’ve created a mass casualty event but probably chose not to. It has since come out that he was in contact with a former army intelligence officer and was attempting to whistleblow about a potential war crime committed in 2019 as well as the ongoing drone crisis on the east coast.
