Rana Shehbaz is a Pmln apologist. The real issue is pmln installing extra capacity for commissions. They used Chinese investment to install more than needed capacity to appease investors and get kickbacks. Now the common man is paying for those projects in dollars. Pti kept warning against such projects but the media sold the masses these projects as 'taraqi' or development. This is the 'Punjab Speed' that nation is paying for. Mubarak ho!
