So over three years after The Last of Us 2 and its ending we got some more potential details/news on "The Last of Us 3" which will likely have the return of Abby and Ellie. The Last of Us 2 ending clearly to me sets up The Last of Us Part III the sequel. Could we see a NEW Playable Character in a new Last of Us Game? Remember The Last of Us 2 director Neil Druckman has talked about its potential and that there is a plot written for The Last of Us 3. Naughty Dog has already confirmed multiple projects are in development at the studio. Multiple leakers have come forward and revealed potential details on Part 3 in terms of characters, plot, setting, and more! Im cool if Naughty Dog wants to expand their universe to other people, but they cant continue this story without Ellie. Now if it ends up being like the prologue for Part II where we had shifting perspectives between Ellie and Abby culminating in them meeting each other at the end, but this time its Ellie and the Victorian Manor gang teaming up to maybe find Abby again, or whatever Ellie's next move is, then Id be fine with that.

I want the last of us part 3 to focus on the 20 year timeskip that occures after sarah dies in the first part, showing how the world collapes, the fedra, fireflies formed, how joel coped with sarahs death and how tommy left to join the fireflies, thats what i wanna see!!
