Holy cow! We're not big bread eaters but when you have cheesy just out of the oven bread CANNOT resist. Can't wait to try this recipe but will be adding chile of course.

When I do baked bread I put a pan of hot water to help steam the loaves for ten to fifteen minutes, then quickly removed if water is not dried out and finished baking

Very delish,

But I would love to tried the microwave convention oven

Great recipe - taking the basics from Japanese milk bread which is super fluffy and light and ADDING CHEESE!!!!

Omg, Marion...I am going to make this! It will be my first homemade Challa bread...(that's what we call this bread) it's of Jewish origin, and it's the most fluffy delicious bread ever!❤

I have one of these that I managed to get a lot cheaper than retail. It is amazing once I learned how to use it. To add to how Marion made these, I set the temp to 30° to halve the rising time

Hey!! this looks soooo good, will definitely try it....I have a question though!
The recipe calls for instant yeast....can I use active dry yeast instead? does the measurement change or the proofing time change?

It is 3.20pm and my husband was making me a sandwich while I watched this. He made a very nice sandwich bit I wanted your bread and that do everything microwave. Yum! ❤️
