1-2 Tbsp hot pepper pasta
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
5-10 cloves of garlic (1 tsp salt)
1.5 cup mozzarella
1 cup sharp cheddar
Finish with Parmesan cheese and parsley/cilantro
