On leadership | Jensen Huang and Joel Hellermark

On May 31, we hosted the Sana AI Summit at Stockholm’s Eric Ericsonhallen. 400 pioneering leaders, investors, and researchers gathered to reflect on the new era of artificial intelligence.

One of those pioneers was Jensen Huang.

Jensen Huang founded NVIDIA in 1993 and has served since its inception as president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors.

At the Summit, we aired the event cut of Jensen's pre-recorded conversation with Sana’s founder and CEO Joel Hellermark. Here, we’re sharing their full conversation.

This guy is a kind and practical genius. I agree with everything he said, and with the way he says it. Everything he has done at Nvidia is unbelievable, this man will go down in history as one of the greatest entrepreneurs of all time

Jensen is a breathe of fresh air. Same as the CEO of AMD she also has a great approach.
But Jensen is a real boss. Started Nvidia after leaving amongst others AMD to start Nvidia at the age of 30. And still running it to this day. Amazing. His jacket is his identity and he just has this chill California vibe to him. Great guy.

Simply the best. Steve Jobs was known as the innovator back in the 90s to early 2000s. Jensen Huang is the Steve Jobs of our time. Let's just hope he doesn't leave us prematurely

Loved his strategy of using "Top Five Things" emails to promote open communication and reflects on how this approach, set in motion a year ago, has positively impacted the organization in 2024. It succinctly highlights the successful implementation of short-term action plans based on the CEO's vision.
