I agree about Instavolt parking spaces, they're tiny.

no idea where they got the £115k price tag for the Eletre, every other news source Inc. lotus themselves quote prices starting under £100k

The problem with the workplace parking in Nottingham is it encourages people to drive more than they might otherwise.

My brother used to drive to work and cycle when the weather was good. But as he had to pay for a parking space all the time he often took the car rather than the bike.

This was all pre-covid mind as he works from home.

So Nottingham City Council won't be getting lots of this money now as the spaces sit empty as people are working from home. I guess if you have to go into the office one day a week then it may push you to use public transport.

When our government forces speed limiters on all vehicles (coming soon) the performance car market in the UK is dead. This is going to completely change motoring culture in the UK

All public chargers installed in the last year or so will have contactless payment facility. Legislation has, or is about to dictate that contactless payment must be an option.

I like that Lotus, I'll have two! I'm a guitarist, so to see the Marshall name featured, that's great. I agree, an F1 circuit using the strip would be great. As someone who has just started a job where I have to drive again, I can say I wouldn't work again for any employer who charged me to park in order to work for them. Thieving politicians at their best.

That Toyota Corolla looks spot on. It is really a shame, as you say, that possibly it will not be available here in UK.

Nice one Jim 👍. That Ford Focus looks a bargain… let me have first dibs when you flip a quality Honda Jazz 😁!
Paying to park at work? I have 3 jobs… I’d have to do another to pay for parking 🤬

Brilliant as per Jim,
Really fancy the f1 in Las Vegas,
Flying up From the vegas sign up to the strat would be amazing.
Parking at work, 🤬
Well there already doing it for people at many hospitals,
Which I find disgraceful,
So I guess its only a matter of time before the workplace introduces it.
Wrong on every level like you say,
Arnt we already paying enough.

Legislation unfortunately is nearly always towed by events. Those less mobile, will hopefully have legislation in place by 2030 to support access for them. The real story, shows the EV auto industry cares little about environment or consumer and only on cost/profit, because if they had emotional intelligence, there would then be little need to legislate.

Hyundai Reviews along with all your content, is and has been great. You are a new little fish starting out in the auto journalism bowl, but you are a bright and rising one, which hopefully viewers will try to understand. Once a 100k plus followers (I do believe you will get there), then critic's will highlight, but constructively, hopefully!

Best of luck in your vehicle turn-around endeavour, looks promising.

This Weeks UK Car News is my favourite 'look-forward' video of any Auto YouTuber. Great Work.

Frustrating week personally, as BMW UK, informed me yesterday, delivery of my new X3 is delayed another 2+ weeks. This is due to shipping from South Africa to UK Market as the vehicle finished production 3 weeks ago. This will put delivery over 12+ months, as ordered on 30th April 2021 and now will not receive till a date TBC in May 2022! But, my story is not unique and is being repeated around all dealerships in UK for new vehicles, regardless of brand and model, if factory ordered from new.
